Note:
We do not recommend Windows 11 due to the strict hardware requirements and the need for a TPM chip. Windows 11 LTSC has less restrictive requirements but it is harder to license. The cost of licensing Windows Server editions is similar to licensing windows 10 and is a one off cost of approximately €30.
There are many grey market resellers where you can get a Windows 10 and Windows Server Standard Edition license key for approx €30. Here are a few links. This is NOT a recommendation of who to use.
