JustRace Server Manager (JRSM) requires Windows PowerShell version 3.0 or greater. If you are running JRSM on Windows 10 or later then you will already have the required version of Windows PowerShell. We often encounter this issue with Windows 7 with ships with PowerShell 2.0.
